How to Access Your Printables after Purchase

When you buy an item on Etsy, you will receive an email with a link to download the file. This link can be found in your email inbox or under ‘Purchases’ on your profile page.

If you can’t find the file after buying, you can open it by going back to your listing on Etsy and finding the listing that has that file. You can then click on that file and it will open up in your browser. You can also download it again to take it and print it or provide it to your customer via email for them to print.
